Pro Mujer Digital

Digital | Financial Inclusion

Pro Mujer’s first financial services digital platform to women entrepreneurs, employees, and small business owners seeking economic autonomy. How do we do this? Through:

  • A 100% mobile wallet integrated into Pro Mujer’s credit management platform that women can use to save and make payments, transfers, deposits, withdrawals and more.
  • A contact center that provides personalized support and answers questions via a chatbot and telephone calls, which differs from the impersonal and rigid process of accessing credit from traditional banks.
Financial and digital skill-building as well as mentorship opportunities.
  • Flexible payment plans and opportunities for interest rate reductions.
  • Access to health and life insurance products. An alternative credit eligibility scoring system designed using artificial intelligence and machine learning that provides timely, unrestricted and revolving credit for women located anywhere in the region, including those who do not have a credit history or live in rural areas.
