Pro Mujer celebrates 20 years in Argentina with the opening of a new office in Salta

As part of its 20 years of presence in Argentina, Pro Mujer reaffirms its commitment to women across the country with the opening of a new office in Salta Capital, located at Pueyrredón 814.

This new space will make it possible to expand the range of activities, trainings, and support services for women entrepreneurs in Salta, with the goal of strengthening their businesses, boosting their economic autonomy, and empowering them as agents of change.

The space offers a variety of free initiatives open to the local community of women entrepreneurs, including:

  • Digital Content Space and Digital Hub: a space to learn how to create and leverage digital tools to grow businesses.
  • Coffee with Purpose: a networking and conversation gathering for women entrepreneurs to share experiences and learn from one another.
  • Product Photography Workshop: hands-on training to improve the visual presentation of products across sales channels and social media.

Closeness: Pro Mujer’s defining strength

Over its 35-year trajectory in Latin America, Pro Mujer has stood out for working directly within communities—in neighborhoods, businesses, and homes—maintaining a unique closeness that allows it to understand women’s needs firsthand and adapt its products and services accordingly.

“If our defining strength has always been closeness, today innovation allows us to be closer than ever, anytime and anywhere. This new space in Salta reflects our commitment to listening, supporting, and responding to women’s real needs,” said Paola Farías, Education Manager.

The opening of this office aligns with Pro Mujer’s new strategy, “Building the Next 35 Years Together,” an opportunity to rethink our work and adapt it to a constantly changing world. Our mission is to advance gender equality in Latin America—an objective that has guided us for 35 years and remains more relevant than ever today.

In this new phase, we will use technology more effectively, respond to women’s current needs, multiply our impact, and expand our reach. Pro Mujer is moving toward an integrated, digital services model, with the goal of impacting the lives of 5 million women by 2030.

The opening of the Salta office is a concrete step along this path, reaffirming Pro Mujer’s presence in Argentina and celebrating two decades of continuous work in the country since its arrival in 2005.
