Pro Mujer Bolivia was recognized with an A+ rating in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Performance , awarded by the Social Rating Committee of the rating agencyMFR. This recognition highlights the organization’s ongoing commitment to maintaining high standards of sustainability and social responsibility.
The A+ rating not only validates Pro Mujer’s efforts to innovate, but also reaffirms that its holistic model is making a significant impact on the lives of Bolivian women, aligning with the organization’s core mission.

The rating was the result of a thorough evaluation that covered various key aspects of social performance and sustainability:

In addition, it achieved high levels of customer satisfaction by offering a variety of products and services, as well as excellent quality in financial education, entrepreneurship and tools that support their empowerment.

Pro Mujer Bolivia was also recognized for its 2023 Sustainability Report. For the second consecutive year, the integrity, accuracy and veracity of the information provided was guaranteed. This verification contributes to the organization’s credibility, ensuring compliance with the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
Pro Mujer’s commitment to Bolivian women began in 1990, when founders Lynne Patterson and Carmen Velasco, identified the urgent need to transform women’s lives, recognizing them as agents of change and catalysts for social well-being.
34 years later, Pro Mujer’s holistic model has expanded throughout Latin America, impacting more than 2.5 million women.
