Women’s entrepreneurship is a key driver of economic growth and sustainable development in Latin America. Yet millions of women still face structural barriers to growing their businesses—particularly in accessing training, financing, and digital tools. In response to this challenge, Emprende Pro Mujer continues to strengthen its role as a comprehensive digital platform that supports women entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey.
Since its launch, Emprende Pro Mujer has reached more than 200,000 women in 28 countries, offering accessible training tailored to the diverse realities of women entrepreneurs. Through a learning pathway that supports women from business ideation to expansion, the platform delivers content aligned with the specific needs of each stage.
In 2025 alone, Emprende Pro Mujer reached more than 60,000 women through its digital model, and over 3,000 women through its hybrid training model, designed especially for rural and Indigenous women. This approach combines in-person sessions led by facilitators with deep field experience and digital training delivered via WhatsApp, the most accessible network for women with limited connectivity and digital skills.
Throughout the year, Emprende Pro Mujer strengthened its educational offering by launching new modules, expanding its territorial reach, and deepening its impact in communities facing greater access gaps. Key launches in 2025 included:
- A module for rural producers, focused on strengthening women-led agricultural businesses and recognizing their role as economic drivers within their communities.
- “Todas Financieras”, a financial education module that promotes women’s economic autonomy while also providing companies and organizations with a practical tool to strengthen inclusive business models.
- The launch of the Ellas Emprenden podcast, a space for inspiration and learning that achieved more than 1,050 plays on Spotify, 655 views on YouTube, and gained over 140 followers in its first months.
In 2025, Emprende Pro Mujer also took key steps toward the responsible integration of artificial intelligence, guided by six methodological pillars: a gender lens, accessibility, effectiveness, security, continuous updating, and user experience. Notable developments already implemented include:
- The Ikigai module, which supports women without an initial business idea in developing low-capital business proposals, achieving an 87% satisfaction rate.
- The Self-Care Game, integrated into the Entrena section, an interactive experience that strengthens entrepreneurs’ emotional well-being. It has been played more than 2,000 times by 740 users, becoming a core tool within the learning journey.
In addition, new technological tools are currently under development—such as virtual mentors, business copilots, and follow-up assistants—which will enable personalized, secure, and sustainable support to scale in the coming years.
Emprende Pro Mujer continues to evolve as a living platform, designed to grow alongside women entrepreneurs across the region. The progress achieved in 2025 reflects a sustained commitment to innovation, equity, and the generation of real, measurable impact.
At Pro Mujer, we believe that when women have access to the right tools, they don’t just transform their businesses—they transform their communities. Emprende Pro Mujer is part of that journey and will continue expanding opportunities so that more women can start, grow, and thrive across Latin America.
