Since its creation in 2021, Emprende Pro Mujer has established itself as a leading digital educational platform designed to support thousands of Latin American women on their path to economic autonomy through training and support, providing them with the knowledge and tools necessary to boost their businesses and generate personal, professional, and financial prosperity.
Over the years, Emprende Pro Mujer has impacted the lives of more than 100,000 women in 23 countries, using an inclusive and focused approach to adapt to each woman’s context and needs.

- 80% of participants are satisfied with the contents of the program.
- 95% would recommend the program, reflecting a significant impact on the community.
- 99% of the participating entrepreneurs rated the support provided by the facilitators positively.

- Adaptive learning: Microlearning, storytelling, mobile learning, and gamification help improve participants’ understanding and knowledge application.
- Support and community: Facilitators and support networks provide personalized guidance and strengthen collaborative learning.
From Necessity Entrepreneurs to Opportunity Entrepreneurs
Many women in Latin America become entrepreneurs out of necessity, without access to formal training or clear business strategies. 85% of Emprende Pro Mujer users depend on their businesses to cover household expenses.
Many women entrepreneurs start informal businesses without structure, strategy, or a business model. Emprende Pro Mujer offers these entrepreneurs an opportunity to transform their businesses, allowing them to:
