Patrick Grace

Patrick is President & CEO of the Grace Institute Foundation, the principal funder of Grace Institute, a tuition-free workforce development program for women in New York City founded in 1897. The Foundation’s mission is to assist the Institute in achieving financial sustainability, and to identify ways to make additional contributions to women’s workforce development using the Grace Institute operating model as a base.

Patrick also oversees the charitable activities of his extended family, which has been actively engaged in philanthropy for five generations. He has served on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations over the years, including as board chair of KickStart International, Inc. from 2008-2016. He is currently a director of Pro Mujer, the Tanenbaum Center for Interreligious Understanding, Flax Trust International, LeaderComm, the Catholic Youth Organization, the Santa Maria Foundation and the Sarita Kenedy East Foundation.

Patrick spent the majority of his career in financial and general management positions at W. R. Grace & Co. where as president of Grace Logistics, he oversaw the company’s $5.0 billion global supply chain. He has been a director of Chemed Corporation (NYSE: CHE) since 1996, and Tonix Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: TNXP) since 2007. Patrick attended the University of Notre Dame and Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business where he earned an M.B.A. degree in finance.

Patrick lives in New York City with his wife and their three children.
