Mark comes to Pro Mujer as a veteran corporate executive, philanthropist and manager. Mark was Chief Operating Officer of Packaging-Americas of MeadWestvaco Corporation, where he oversaw operations with more than $250 million in annual sales. Mark has been a major donor to Pro Mujer and has traveled extensively to our field programs. He joined the Pro Mujer Board in 2014, has chaired the Development Committee and served on the Auditing and Finance Committees.
Mark resides in Rio de Janeiro and New York. In Brazil, he was President of the Advisory Board of The Nature Conservancy. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of The World Policy Institute.
Mark received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Iona College and completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
