Camilo Mendez is chief financial officer at the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, overseeing the Foundation’s budget and investment strategies. Camilo works closely with the Foundation’s Board of Trustees and President and CEO and manages relationships with investment consultants and financial agents to ensure the Foundation meets New Jersey’s future needs.
Camilo has nearly 20 years’ experience in finance and impact investing across the public, private, and social sectors. Prior to joining Dodge, he was chief financial officer at Pro Mujer, an international women’s organization committed to positively impacting the lives of its clients and their families.
Mendez holds a Master’s in international relations from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor’s in Latin American studies and history from Oberlin College.
