Patrick is President of MLP Capital, Inc., a New York-based private investment firm. He also oversees the philanthropic activities of his extended family, which has been actively engaged in philanthropy for five generations. In this capacity, he is chairman of the Board of Grace Institute, a tuition-free workforce development program for women in New York City, and the president of two private foundations. He serves on the boards of a number of additional nonprofit entities, including KickStart International, Inc. (as Chairman), the Tanenbaum Center for Interreligious Understanding, LeaderComm and the College of Mount Saint Vincent.
Patrick spent the majority of his career in financial and general management positions at W. R. Grace & Co. where as president of Grace Logistics, he led a $5.0 billion global supply chain restructuring process. Patrick has been a director of Chemed Corporation (NYSE: CHE) since 1996, and Tonix Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: TNXP) since 2007. He attended the University of Notre Dame and Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business where he earned an M.B.A. degree in finance. He lives in New York City with his wife, Margaret, and their three children.
